In Oryzont, one of the pillars on which our business model is based is lifelong learning.
For this reason, during the months of September and October we have given several training sessions on risk inspection, both in buildings (owners’ communities) and in small and medium industries. In total, more than one hundred and twenty Oryzont collaborators attended, with a mostly technical profile (architects and engineers) covering the entire national geography, for which four capitals were chosen: Madrid (downtown area), Granada (south zone), Oviedo (zone north) and Valencia (east zone). With regard to building inspection, attendees had a high technical background and field experience, so the day focused on achieving homogeneity of criteria for making recommendations for improvement.
As for the industrial risk inspection course, a tour of many aspects was taken, from fire protection to loss estimation. All attendees were provided with extensive consultation documentation prepared adhoc for the day. The objectives that Oryzont set out in the conception of this initiative have been amply fulfilled, both in terms of the number of attendees and the use of the knowledge imparted. After these training days there is a group of more than one hundred and twenty employees who share a common knowledge and methodology when it comes to inspecting buildings, as well as small and medium industry. More information on the development of the day can be found in the following link.
