Following the success of the Electrical Damages course focused on the prevention of fraud in claims of this type, Oryzont launches this new course focused on the assessment of claims related to Business Interruption.
Course Objectives:
The loss of profits claim is technically complex, which hinders its correct interpretation almost from the first moment: is there coverage?
This course aims to provide the student with the necessary tools to adequately understand these claims, obtaining final compensation in a rigorous manner, according to the spirit and letter of the policy.

- Analysis of the different concepts included in the coverage of Loss of Profits and its interpretation.
- Arguing in a solvent manner a reasoned compensation proposal, in case of loss of profits.
