ORYZONT gives training on Electrical Damage focused on fraud prevention

ORYZONT has taught, for the second consecutive year and with great success of the call, the course on Electric Damages in Receivers, focused on the prevention of fraud in electric claims.

 

The face-to-face courses were held in Madrid, Oviedo, Barcelona and Granada during the months of May and June 2018.

 

The course was specially adapted to the daily problems of the claims adjusters, including real cases and trying to cover the gaps of knowledge and prevent in this way the intent of fraud.

 

Course Objectives:

 

  • Understand the different electrical variables that intervene in an electric incident.
  • Deepen the most common causes that modify the normal values ​​of electricity supply and cause damage: atmospheric discharge, failures in network components, electrical maneuvers, poor quality of electricity supply, etc.
  • Identify the most common type of faults in receivers / electrical appliances, with special attention to power supplies and control boards.
  • Arguing, in a solvent manner, circumstances that may be indicative of attempted fraud.

 

The training was given by Mr. Angel Luis Aranda, Industrial Technical Engineer, specialized in Industrial Electronics and Automation and by Mr. Jesús Vicente Aranda, Industrial Technical Engineer, specialized in Industrial Electronics.
