The discipline of Business Continuity, through the ISO 22301:2012 standard, allows the identification, elaboration and development of actions, responsibilities and procedures that must respond to an interruption in the processes, in such a way that the critical functions of the business are restored within acceptable times for the company.

Industry Sector

Business Continuity, within the industrial field, requires a multidisciplinary profile, with extensive know-how, familiar with the processes, operations, and activities of an industry, where not only aspects related to Information Technology should be considered, but also the particularities of the services that support the purely industrial activity, such as key personnel, operation, maintenance, supply chain, critical process machinery, etc.

A Business Continuity Plan helps the organization to detect points of improvement in its processes, to manage high impact events in a controlled way, through continuity strategies.
